Inside the cottage
Ground floor
- Large boot room with bench, hangers and dresser
- Sitting room with a wood-burning stove, sofas, chairs and an internet-connected TV
- Open-plan kitchen and dining room with a large solid oak table and chairs (including a high chair), plus a leather recliner and sofa
- Kitchen with bar and stools, oven and convection hobs, microwave, fridge freezer, drinks fridge, toaster and fitted units, fully equipped for catering for 6–8 people
- Bedroom 4 (Ensuite): king size bed, dressing table, bag stand, wardrobe and hangers, with an ensuite bathroom (toilet, sink and shower). This bedroom is on the ground floor, very close to the cottage entrance, so it is a good option for guests who are less able.
Upstairs
- Bedroom 1 (White room): double-aspect room with king size bed, dressing table, bag stand, wardrobe and hangers
- Bedroom 2 (The snug): double bed with a view onto woodland, dressing table, and wardrobe on the landing
- Bedroom 3 (Bamboo): king size bed, dressing table, bag stand, wardrobe and hangers
- Bathroom 1: shower, bath, toilet and sink
A travel cot is provided (sheets and an extra mattress are not).
Outside
Private parking for two cars, plus a private courtyard and decked garden with a pergola, table, chairs, barbecue and festoon lighting, surrounded by trees. A tennis court with a basketball net is available, with rackets and balls provided.
Heating and electrics on the farm are run from solar energy generated on site.
