Vine Cottage and Groom Cottage sit on the same farm in a quiet valley in the East Devon National Landscape, about 3 miles from the Jurassic Coast. Each sleeps 8, and you can book both together for up to 16 — two families, a reunion, or a group who want their own front doors and space to gather.
Guests can follow walks and paths across about 100 acres of meadow, streams and old woodland, and use the farm tennis court (with a basketball net) and children’s playground. Beer, Branscombe and Sidmouth are a short drive away.

Vine Cottage
Vine Cottage is a spacious, south-facing renovated farm building with four bedrooms (three king-size and a bunk room), two bathrooms plus a downstairs cloakroom, a large kitchen, fast wifi (100Mb+), a sunny garden and a double carport. EV charging is available by arrangement.
Groom Cottage
Groom Cottage is a newly refurbished stone barn with four bedrooms, including a downstairs king-size room with its own en suite, a family bathroom upstairs, fast wifi (100Mb+), a boot room, and a private decked courtyard.
